A mixed-use building in the Clinton neighborhood of Manhattan, also known as Hell’s Kitchen, has beneath it’s 900-plus apartments, the Mercedes-Benz USA flagship dealership and the NYPD mounted division stables.
The shape of the building (that of an ‘S’) results in unblocked views and two large exterior gardens to improve light, and air quality for all tenants. The building’s roof line steps down towards Clinton Park, maximizing views of the park and the Hudson river beyond as well as providing terraces for penthouse apartments.
